Responsibilities

Collaborate with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

Translate product roadmap concepts into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

Perform user acceptance testing for new features.

Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.

Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, software engineering, and user enablement.

Analyze financial impacts and turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer.

Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

Keep track of industry trends.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field and 4+ years’ of related business experience.

Experience in product management, project management and/or the implementation of IT strategies.

Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies

Experience working in agile environment.

Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI, Visio and ad hoc reporting software.

Ability to travel up to 15% as required.
