Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the functionality and performance of software applications developed by our IT & Product team.

Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

Work closely with product developers, business analysts, IT professionals, and project managers to understand project requirements, features, and acceptance criteria.

Both verbal and written communication are critical to success. Provide guidance on timeline and communication of schedule and delays. Escalate any concerns in a timely fashion.

Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Support QA and production by investigating complaints and requests by replicating them in non-production environments.

Perform root cause analysis of defects, document findings, and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders for resolution.

Monitor and analyze test results, metrics, and performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts, address critical issues, and meet project deadlines.

Document test procedures, test cases, and test results in accordance with established documentation standards and guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
