Responsibilities

Reports to and assists an Executive

Understands and supports the multiple complex companywide functions or operating units reporting into the Executive

May lead and guide the work of other administrative support personnel

Mentor other administrative support personnel

Travel and event arrangements are often for multiple leadership and other employees, frequently with associated logistical complexities

Meeting or conference arrangements include hotel or other conference facilities for large groups

Monitor and process a high volume of expenses, scrutinizing against policy

Understand unique officer related office space and setup requirements

Frequently resolves scheduling conflicts by evaluating and judging business needs and priorities

Works proactively, anticipating needs, and coordinating administrative and professional support

Manages Executive email and prioritizes deliverables daily to ensure on-time delivery

Works in conjunction with the Chief of Staff to support overall organizational needs

Required

High School or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma

Administrative experience, 5 years

Associates Degree or equivalent experience
