Responsibilities
Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as appropriate
Greeting customers and visitors, ensuring they are connected with the right personnel
Managing shared calendar schedules
Assisting in preparing Word and Excel files for various departments
Ordering office and break room supplies
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Filing and organizing records and invoices
Scheduling repairs for office space and equipment
Ordering repairs and maintenance for office equipment
Assisting colleagues as necessary

Required
Ability to communicate effectively, utilizing both verbal and writing skills.
Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal skills, organizational ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use and adapt to new technology systems and tools
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Preferred
Front office or office coordinator: 1 year
Certification in office administration or relevant field
