Responsibilities
Design products that delight a wide range of personas working with code, data, and machine learning models.
Help a growing UX team develop a comprehensive design vision, approach, and strategy.
Lead design projects through all phases, from user research and exploratory prototypes to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing.
Collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams that span design, product, engineering, and management.
Conduct and participate in design reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organization.
Help innovate on the future vision of what an AI/ML platform looks like and how it should function.

Required
Minimum 5 years experience as a UX designer.
College degree (BA, BS, etc).
Preferred
7+ years experience as a UX designer.
High level of Figma proficiency.
Expert at utilizing and/or creating design systems.
Experience with AI/ML.
Comfortable with running user interviews and usability studies as well as creating reports for them.
Master's degree.
