Responsibilities
Serve as the primary project manager for clinical and administrative initiatives in the Orthopaedics department.
Coordinate stakeholder interactions, project design, and execution.
Monitor project progress, facilitate faculty and staff onboarding, and manage project budgets effectively.
Conduct data analysis, generate project progress reports, and contribute to scholarly publications.
Participate in critical meetings and coordinate various departmental meetings.
Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance research initiatives and educational programs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to operate and make decisions independently.
Proficiency in core computer systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as Adobe Acrobat, Epic, and Qgenda.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve while maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.
Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred
Demonstrated emotional intelligence through managing strong collaboration and relationship building within teams, patience, and thoughtfulness even in high-pressure, stressful situations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Forward-thinking with experience coordinating projects to improve operational efficiency and experience rolling out new changes.
Strategically minded, able to think creatively around program/project objectives and the detailed steps necessary to achieve goals.
Candidates with administrative experience and understanding of operations in Orthopaedics are preferred.
Previous experience with project management in an academic healthcare setting is preferred.
