Responsibilities

Responsible for using multiple computer applications and knowledge of general computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Office, Acrobat Adobe, Windows Applications, entering transactions into PC applications using 10 key data entry skills)

Perform repetitive tasks, such as copying, scanning, filing documents electronic/paper, general email correspondence

Receiving and reviewing incoming work and escalating to appropriate resources per established procedures

Meet workload production with established guidelines/timeliness standards

Using multiple resources and records to verify accuracy of general database entries

Review, verify, edit, distribute physical and digital documents

Work under general supervision following established processes and procedures as a team and/or independently

Ability to exercise judgment within set guidelines
