Responsibilities

Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement, customer requirements, team learning, and peer relationships.

Utilize knowledge in PaaS/IaaS cloud infrastructure with a focus on networking and security.

Build and support CI/CD tools and processes.

Troubleshoot complex technology problems.

Learn, coach, peer review, and provide feedback on other engineers' work.

Implement infrastructure as code and contribute to product design.

Maintain quality standards and ensure solutions align with disaster recovery, patching, compliance, and monitoring requirements.

Deploy changes following the change control process and assist in creating/updating guidelines.

Create and update platform documentation.

Mentor team members, provide training, and knowledge transfer.

Evaluate systems and processes for service improvements.

Attend appropriate courses, use reference materials, and coach team members.

24x7 support for AWS Cloud baseline services and respond to critical issues.

Drive investigation and resolution of cloud baseline issues.

Act as a role model for technical teams contributing to Cloud baselines.

Specialize in specific technology areas supporting cloud baseline services like networking, security, CI/CD, etc.

Bachelor's Degree
