Responsibilities
Inject engaging UI design and impactful interactions into the design system for global enterprise products.
Contribute to usability testing sessions with diverse user types.
Expand system-wide styles, interactions, and component libraries.
Collaborate with teams to build wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, advocating for enhanced user experiences.
Assist in requirements gathering, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
Drive design quality across multi-disciplinary teams, emphasizing UX and design-centered thinking.

Required
Experience working in UX/UI design roles and elevating design quality across multi-disciplinary teams.
A critical, confident and clear voice for UX and design-centered thinking within Kraft Heinz.
An outstanding communicator, oral and written
A confident presence when presenting, verbally defending and compromising on design solutions, embracing an agile, iterative approach to excellence
Empathic to user’s form and functional needs
Apply a keen business sense in understanding the balance between perfection and deployment obligations
Display solutioning across devices, frameworks, platforms, responsive states etc.
Deep experience working within and contributing to design systems that consistently scale across platforms
A foundational understanding of BI/Analytics, data visualization design and report modeling.
Experience with complex prototyping and data visualization design
Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Lottie formatting and designing for Tableau, PowerBI, React
