Responsibilities
Manage the development of custom applications and integration solutions for internal and external customers
Ensure effective operation of the development lifecycle with appropriate policies, procedures, and standards
Directly manage assigned employee group, including hiring, training, and performance management
Provide input on technical approach and effort estimation for new projects
Manage resource allocation, budget, and collaborate with IT peers and functional teams
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to deploy high-quality solutions
Identify and manage risks, communicate transparently with stakeholders
Contribute to the application landscape and technology strategy
Participate in software selection processes, stay updated on new technologies
Possess a goal-oriented mindset and accountability
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
2+ years management or team lead experience
5+ years prior application development experience with the Microsoft stack
Experience with the Agile methodology and Azure DevOps
Experience with Azure-based solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to influence and advocate change
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
Preferred
Experience with Dynamics 365
Computer Science or related degree preferred
Travel: 5-10%
