Responsibilities

Lead design for end-to-end features that streamline workflows for women’s health providers, improving patient care and overall practice efficiency.

Partner with engineers and clinicians to translate user needs into intuitive, user-centered experiences.

Craft high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to facilitate feedback sessions alongside engineering hand-offs.

Continue to evolve our design system and component library to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across features.

Manage user feedback on product usability that can be translated into improved design specifications.

Help ensure that the design is implemented into the final product to the specification, maintaining a high level of quality for your engineering partners.

Required

Startup experience or founded your own side-gig/business.

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, strong focus on visual design.

Experience shipping features that are complex in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience that involves numerous stakeholders, namely; patients, providers and additional partners.

5+ years experience of interaction design, with solid understanding of how products should behave based on people’s unique needs in this field and in the context of being a patient. This means being able to utilize prototyping skills that demonstrate how interaction design will work as much as visual design.

A portfolio showcasing the ability to design user-centered interfaces for complex applications.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple design products with a small engineering team.

Focused and clear communicator who values accountability, transparency and bridge building.

A passion for healthcare and improving the lives of those typically underserved.
