Responsibilities

Provide real-time clinical and technical support to customers through the Technical Support Call Center

Educate customers on product knowledge and problem-solving impacting patient care

Support complaint investigation for commercial patients and those in clinical studies

Evaluate priority level of complaints, manage them for patient safety and satisfaction

Develop investigation plans, perform technical and clinical analyses, and identify root causes

Coordinate investigations with field representatives and ensure timely closure of complaints

Understand malfunction and adverse event reporting requirements, submit reports to regulatory agencies

Collaborate on interdepartmental projects, update procedures, and implement process changes

Required

BS Degree in biomedical, electrical, life science, or another engineering discipline

Regulated industry expertise and experience in a technical environment in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical fields a plus!

Professional verbal and written communication skills
