Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with Adobe's goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through ongoing conversations.
Drive product requirements based on market segments and target customers.
Build and maintain a roadmap focusing on feature growth and user base expansion.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
Prototype and conceptualize new AI Assistant features.
Utilize Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing for strategic feature development.
Present concepts and findings to executives for decision-making.
Be a subject matter expert on how natural language interfaces redefine software at Adobe.

Required
Urgency to find problems worth solving, and agency to build solutions for those problems
Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance; think strategically, and work tactically; attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Proven experience as a product manager in a software development environment
A passion for innovation, and experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies
Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends
Prior experience of leading, launching, and delivering a service with 360 cross-functional impact
Strong data driven analytical abilities to back up assumptions and recommendations, and to deliver exceptional user experiences
BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent technical field is a plus but not required
AI/ML related background
2 + years of product management, engineering management, or consulting experience
