Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce CRM implementation including sales, service, advancement, and partnership teams

Provide ongoing support and training to all staff on common Salesforce workflows and best practices

Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer data orchestration

Coordinate case management workflows and metrics across all departments

Gather product requirements from a wide variety of internal stakeholders

Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom objects, and automations

Required

3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration

Experience using project management software

Proven track record of maintaining complex Salesforce implementations involving Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud

Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or higher

Must have expertise in developing and managing Apex code and triggers within the Salesforce platform to customize functionality and automate processes.
