Responsibilities

Performing capacity analysis and recommending optimal execution strategies based on supplier resources.

Preparing, assessing, and conducting post-activities for Production Readiness Assessment.

Utilizing data analytics and modeling to enhance decision-making and extend to the external supply base.

Developing labor hour estimates for production and tooling work packages.

Identifying and implementing process improvements by analyzing current processes.

Assessing the impact of changes on cost, schedule, and resources.

Developing modifications to existing plans and obtaining approval.

Analyzing shop performance metrics to support recommendations.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.

2+ years in a production environment.

Ability to travel 50%-75%.

Preferred

2+ years of experience with Lean manufacturing.

2+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

2+ years of leadership experience in supply chain.

3+ years of experience working in a team environment.

Proficient in structured problem solving.

Proficient in Visual Basic.

Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).
