Responsibilities
Conduct monthly budget-to-actuals analysis and updates for billing attorneys.
Monitor matter openings, resolve discrepancies, and update matter tracking systems.
Maintain and reconcile matter tracking systems, update Business Intelligence reports.
Provide strategic guidance on client processes and arrangements.
Respond to client financial updates and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
Perform strategic pricing and end-of-year retainer analysis.
Coordinate with billing and collections for monthly processes.
Analyze client financial performance and propose solutions.
Evaluate current systems for reporting accuracy and efficiency improvements.

Required
3+ years of law firm experience in a financial/pricing analyst
Knowledge of law firm billing processes and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
