Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, content development, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
Create and manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Assist in development of marketing materials such as sales collateral, emails, blogs, webinars, presentations, videos, etc.
Create and send emails using Hubspot; manage contact records and lists
Assist with creating engaging written and visual content that aligns with the brand voice and messaging and resonates with key market segments.
Assist sales team with development of customer presentations and RFP (requests for proposals), and launching targeted sales initiatives
Own boelter.com foodservice content, ensuring content is current.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify foodservice trends, technology and innovations, and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate and execute events and tradeshows, including pre-event planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, ecommerce, digital and creative to ensure alignment on messaging and brand consistency.
Manage customer satisfaction survey process and report on survey results to key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Hubspot and PowerBI.
Other marketing and sales projects as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising
2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and resourceful thinker with the ability to bring new ideas and solutions.
A fast learner; highly curious and inquisitive. Asks questions, researches, talks to a variety of people, and gets feedback to understand.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Must be digitally savvy, resourceful, and a quick learner.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred
Foodservice experience not required but preferred.
Experience using a website CMS (Magento), Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot and Canva highly preferred.
