Responsibilities
Coordinates with Lighting Engineer to ensure accurate estimates and pricing aligned with project goals
Schedules and coordinates all work, ensuring clear communication on progress, costs, and training
Assists in obtaining quotes, choosing appropriate contractors, and managing all contractor work
Coordinates with management to ensure project tracks within cost objectives
Reviews and acknowledges Project Deliver Affidavits, monitors project metrics, and makes necessary changes to achieve project objectives
Oversees installation, proactively addressing quality issues and ensuring adherence to safety regulations
Creates and maintains an efficient project workforce, providing training and supervision
Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project installation
Analyzes project costs, determines customer billing, and works with accounting departments
Keeps updated on safety regulations, implements changes as required, and analyzes project costs
Manages project budgets, properly documents projects, and ensures customer satisfaction on every job

Required
Minimum five (5) years related experience in Lighting Projects
Working knowledge and experience in Lighting projects
Exposure to project development
Exposure to working with and directing project teams
Experience in developing schedules
Demonstrated ability to work with others including customers in a professional and ethical manner
Demonstrated working knowledge of OSHA, Federal, and State Safety regulations
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university with minimum five (5) years’ construction related experience in Lighting Projects
Experience in project development
Intimate knowledge and experience in Lighting projects and electrical systems
Training and supervision
Working with and directing project teams
Successfully managed project schedules
Running jobsite progress meetings
Working directly with owners in a professional and ethical manner
Managing project budgets
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from development to project closure
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and project schedules, properly document projects, and work well with customers and achieve customer satisfaction on every job
