Responsibilities

Customize and configure Salesforce systems.

Integration and data management.

Technical design and implementation.

Testing and documentation.

User support and training.

Develop apex, flows, and visualforce.

Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Knowledge and experience differentiating visualforce, aura components, and LWC as well as best-practices to choose the correct solution between them.

Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.

Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.

Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.

Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as informatica, mulesoft, docusign, marketing cloud, and financial force.

Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business.

Travel: 10%

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer

Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.

Proven experience with Salesforce development and implementing Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other relevant web technologies.

Strong background in programmatic Salesforce development.

Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.

Proficient in Sales and Service Cloud.

Preferred

Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2.
