Required

3+ years in user experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design, and the utilization of (or contribution to) established design systems.

2+ years of experience with Figma, including a demonstrated ability to work with auto-layout, interactive components, prototyping, and wireframing.

Proficiency with Figma, with a proven ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for testing and user feedback.

3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or fin-tech industries. Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.

Genuine interest in improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions and a commitment to leveraging technology to create positive change.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
