Responsibilities
Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes
Lead new program design phase through production readiness
Establish project outline and design from mold design through production process
Manage all assigned projects from start to finish
Participate in NPD/NPI process with customers and internal teams
Ensure correct specifications in design and process review
Develop manufacturing procedures to meet customer expectations
Follow up on business development opportunities and interact with customers
Provide necessary program status reports to customers
Coordinate with various departments to meet project deadlines
Implement new job setup, project outline, contract review process, and approvals

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics strongly preferred.
5+ years’ experience in Plastics Injection Molding manufacturing environment
Intimate knowledge of program management; PMP preferred or equivalent experience
Preferred
CAD experience/knowledge a plus
Competitive spirit, but plays within the rules.
