Responsibilities

Contribute to analytical elements of client projects, including questionnaire development, sample selection, analytical plans, and final report deliverables.

Design and propose research solutions to client questions with oversight from a Research Consultant.

Participate in client communications and manage client workload with inputs from Research Consultant(s).

Provide mentorship and feedback to members of the Research Operations team.

Work collaboratively in a dispersed team environment and deliver high-quality results to clients.

Maintain superior client service, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

2+ years of quantitative research experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Appetite to learn about and actively participate in client relationships

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize accordingly while maintaining superior client service

Analytical mindset with a penchant for strong data visualization and delivering actionable insights to empower our clients
