Responsibilities
Analyze new investment opportunities and project returns through underwriting in Excel and Argus
Aid the Investments Team in due diligence matters for potential acquisitions and partnerships
Conduct submarket and product type research, including data collection and analysis
Prepare elements of internal investment committee memos and participate in acquisition meetings
Assist in the production of investment pitch books for institutional investors and lenders
Collaborate with Asset Management, Property Management, and Accounting on financial budgeting and reporting
Work on joint venture, property closings, asset sales, and investor distributions as directed
Handle other assigned projects

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Liberal Arts with at least 3 years of experience
1.5 years of financial and/or investment banking experience
Preferred
