Responsibilities
Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and supervising commercial construction and high-end renovation projects.
Budget and Schedule Management: Help develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and adheres to project specifications and industry regulations.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction and high-end renovation projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, particularly in commercial and high-end renovation projects.
