Responsibilities

Ensure optimal CRM functionality and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with teams to meet business needs through Dynamics 365 solutions.

Utilize email marketing and workflow tools like Click Dimensions and MS Power Automate.

Coordinate with IT for system changes and stay updated on industry trends.

Develop scalable Power BI dashboards.

Identify reporting requirements and lead information gathering.

Maintain documentation of data models and reports.

Provide primary support for end users and troubleshoot issues.

Conduct training sessions and create documentation for consistent data entry practices.

Required

5+ years with Dynamics 365, Power Platform Developer, or Power BI; 3+ years in management.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 tools and best practices.

Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

Basic MSSQL understanding.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS, business, or related field.

Dynamics 365 certification.

Strong customer support skills and data analysis experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Airtable, Asana.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage confidential information and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Team-oriented and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
