Take full ownership of projects, from start to finish.
Build and maintain front-end applications using React.
Collaborate with different teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

Required
Deep understanding of React and its core principles, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), and component lifecycle.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for writing clean, maintainable code.
Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS or LESS, and frameworks like TailwindCSS or Bootstrap.
Experience with Git and workflows like GitFlow.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
Experience with front-end testing libraries and frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Enzyme.
Understanding of RESTful APIs for data fetching and state management.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines, using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with services like S3, Lambda, and CloudFront.
Familiarity with Docker for creating, deploying, and managing containerized applications.
Proficiency in managing application state using libraries like Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks.
At least 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.
Preferred
8 years experience preferred.
Located in or willing to move to Nashville, TN for a hybrid work arrangement.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
