Responsibilities
Collaborate with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences related to the company's product lines.
Analyze and manage relationships with key stakeholders responsible for delivering improvements to products and packaging.
Take a proactive approach to product strategy and direction, staying abreast of market trends, competitive opportunities, and customer feedback.
Work closely with internal and external teams across various departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Monitor and manage product performance throughout the lifecycle of the products, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Required
5+ years of project and product management experience, preferably in a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Project.
Preferred
Strong analytical skills and a background in finance are highly preferred.
