Responsibilities
Assist the VP-US Marketing Director in executing marketing strategy by executing US Marketing tactics existing and new.
Work closely with growth team, agency leads, and corporate communications to develop promotional materials including awards development, PR, thought leadership, event planning, and social content.
Support and plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Support communication campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, provide instructions for usage and promotion, and be responsible for campaign performance tracking and analytics.
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensure all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Assist in conducting research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
Support New Business Ops team on RFPs as needed.
Assist in the development of all project timelines and budget for US Marketing activities.
Assist in overall US Marketing promotional budget tracking.
Act as a brand steward for the agency to help enforce Avalere Health US Marketing verbal and visual guidelines.

Required
2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience using data analytics software for research
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
Experience in budget tracking and reporting
Preferred
Experience in a marketing firm or advertising agency preferred
