Responsibilities

Document business processes and analyze procedures to ensure that they meet changing business needs and offer recommendations for improvement.
Accurately utilize strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills to drive improved testing, monitoring, and operational productivity from both a development and App Admin perspective.
Analyze the scope & design the test cases.
Interact with business partners to understand requirements and verify system requirements for our reporting and integration solutions.
Support the integrated testing among various business products.
Engaged in the architecting, planning, and knowledge sharing of eQube BI/MI solution customizations and upgrades.
Support the mentoring, training, or demos to end users, as required.
Support business readiness and change management activities through go-live and production implementations.
Involved in planning of system and development deployments.
Evaluates interfaces between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields with at least 9 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience
Work and lead effectively within teams where other team members may be located throughout the country
Knowledge in Java, JBoss, Oracle, and SQL
Proficient understanding of Software Lifecycle Process
Excellent managerial, networking, presentation, written and verbal English communication skills
Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to support multiple projects concurrently based on priority and criticality
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher
Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results
Experience with eQube reporting and integration development activities
Proficiency with Engineering and Manufacturing processes and applications
