Responsibilities

Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated markets.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate forecasting.
Establish strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and objectives. Propose tailored solutions that align with clients' goals and deliver value.
Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the benefits and features of the offerings in a compelling manner.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and close sales. Ensure all agreements and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Network with potential clients and industry professionals to promote the company and generate leads.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry knowledge. Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Experience in solution-based selling and the ability to tailor sales approaches to individual client needs.
Familiarity with the industry relevant to the company’s offerings (e.g., technology, SaaS, healthcare). Understanding of market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities. Basic understanding of the company’s product offerings and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Results-driven with a high level of motivation and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
