Responsibilities

Implement and continuously improve Reward and Compensation solutions within the utility company

Work with SuccessFactors to drive product visions based on Reward strategy and create product roadmaps

Collaborate with the Reward team and other product owners to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product delivery

Manage prioritized product backlogs and dependencies based on overall strategy, business objectives, and customer/end-user needs

Provide regular product performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, and service performance metrics

Establish and maintain productive relationships/interactions up to executive level

Required

Strong industry experience as a Product Owner and/or in implementation and continuous improvement specifically within the Reward and Compensation area

Prior experience working with SuccessFactors

Knowledge of the latest market trends in Reward Solutions with a focus on continuous improvement and relevance

Relevant SuccessFactors accreditation at associate or professional consultant level and relevant experience working as a business consultant within this area

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain productive relationships/interactions up to executive level

Ability to think strategically, look at the bigger picture, and use cross-functional knowledge to drive positive impacts on the colleague experience from a join-to-leave perspective

Experience in implementing short and long-term detailed product visions based on Reward strategy and creating product roadmaps, working closely with the Reward team

Competence in product delivery, including defining product roadmaps and collaborating and coordinating with other product owners and system administrators

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, including planning, organizing, problem-solving, and meeting established deadlines

Commitment to continuous improvement through regular product performance reports on adoption rates, customer survey results, and service performance metrics

Experience in managing prioritized product backlogs and product dependencies based on overall strategy, business objectives, and customer/end-user needs
