Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers to craft creative solutions for complex business needs.

Conduct User Research to understand users’ needs, validate ideas, and refine designs.

Partner with Design colleagues to ensure coherence and consistency across Natera’s application ecosystem.

Grow Natera Design System by refining existing components and defining new ones.

Support engineering partners throughout the development process for a successful launch.

Required

A portfolio including examples of complex enterprise applications you have designed either as the lead designer or as a team lead

Experience interviewing subject matter experts to develop task flows, journey maps or similar artifacts documenting end-to-end processes

The ability to present complex processes in a simple way

A solid knowledge of Interactions patterns and Design elements commonly used by leading enterprise applications

An even keel that allows you to prioritize and focus on those efforts that promise to impact most positively the business

A functional understanding of the front-end and back-end technologies used by enterprise apps, particularly of the limitations APIs could impose on UX

Experience working with senior stakeholders across the organization

Preferred

Previous experience working in Healthcare is a plus
