Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction, including project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, subcontractors, suppliers, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute large capital construction projects from $150M to more than $1B.
Provide direction and participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and establishing critical project objectives.
Engage with key Client internal stakeholder groups and external vendors—including architects, engineers, and designers—to understand the owner’s requirements and coordinate building system designs that will support future operations of the campus.
Oversee Prime Contract, subcontractor, and client contractor invoicing process.
Coordinate and facilitate client, supplier and company commissioning and startup teams as needed.
Responsible for facilitating project cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure establishment, project set-up and closeout, and field progress tracking specific to construction and construction related activities or program level activities as required.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related areas; professional registration / PMP / certification is highly preferred. Or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum of 10 years minimum experience as a project or team manager, with relevant project management experience in the construction industry (15 years preferred)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction and/or engineering for mission critical or advanced-tech industry buildings, and campuses.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical groups in a fast-paced environment, while handling large volumes of work and multi-tasking.
Possess a high-level understanding of commercial and industrial architecture/engineering, with familiarity of electrical and mechanical systems in various locations around the US, wherever the clients projects take us. Travel to, or on-site may be highly probable.
