Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users of the Sage X3 software via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, including system errors, bugs, and user inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user needs and improve product functionality.
Document and assist with support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records.
Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of the software.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends related to warehouse management systems and technology.
Participate in testing new software releases and provide feedback to the development team.
Assist with the development of user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Provide on-site support during software implementations and go-live events.

Required
Previous experience in distribution and warehouse environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with all warehouse team members.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems or supply chain software is highly desirable.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software solutions.
Availability to provide occasional after-hours support and travel to sites as needed.
