Responsibilities
Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates.
Order and track material and delivery orders for the specified jobs.
Assist in managing construction sites, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers on construction estimating, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Disciplined strategic thinker who quickly develops and implements more efficient processes.
Adept at handling objections, welcoming customers concerns to better understand what is needed.
Experience working within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to multi-task and plan priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
Possess confidence to make recommendations and innovative solutions to help the Project Manager achieve the goals and needs of the customer.
Works closely with the production team and the Project Manager to ensure that all project billings are executed, efficiently, accurately and timely.
Support project management tasks using our CRM platform, BuilderTrend
