Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service via friendly, timely, and clear communication
Set up new advertising campaigns and update existing campaign settings within Criteo’s Commerce Growth platform
Work cross-functionally with Account Strategy and Operations teams for higher-complexity implementations
Provide troubleshooting and escalation for Criteo products
Serve as an expert resource on Criteo platform functionality and best practices
Maintain an understanding of clients’ objectives and how work impacts their success
