Responsibilities

Partner closely with the PM and stakeholders to drive product roadmap and strategy

Lead UX research efforts to understand customer problems, needs, paint points, JTBDs, emotions, and desires

Drive partnership with product and engineering teammates to craft the best solution possible

Lead the end-to-end design process with finesse

Rep the product to broader internal and external stakeholders to source feedback and iterate
