Responsibilities
Develops code used to create or maintain features for our web application.
Works with developers, analysts, and scouts to support existing applications.
Works with other departments within football operations to extract and prepare data for their use.
Creates tests and documentation for bug fixes and new application features/functions.
Collaborates with end users on new feature requests, gathers system requirements, and helps to plan execution.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Ability and interest to work in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to learn new languages and technology quickly.
Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise, and impartial manner.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.
Ability to achieve planned objectives through completing relevant tasks and focus.
Ability to break down and review complex information.
Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
Understanding of how to use version control systems in a team environment.
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax.
Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright, and Cypress.
Basic understanding of the game of football.
Preferred
Knowledge of server-side React frameworks such as Next.js or Remi preferred.
Experience with Python and Python API frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django preferred.
Experience writing SQL queries preferred.
