Responsibilities
Reviews configuration completed by the Configuration Analyst team.
Works with business partners to validate benefit changes and review test claims.
Analyzes claims adjudication results, identifies discrepancies, and develops solutions.
Confirms accuracy of configurations and approves changes to production environment.
Presents test claim results to clients and documents accuracy of design and tests.
Assists with pre-assessment of change requests and supports senior analysts.
Provides excellent customer service and communication with internal and external clients.

Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university or a minimum of four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous healthcare or PBM experience required.
Experience with pharmacy or medical claims analysis required.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office / Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience as an intermediate user of multiple business software applications and working knowledge of key technical applications such as SQL, Oracle based platforms, and Golden 32.
The ability to run SQL queries and scripts required.
Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification helpful.
Passing score of the intermediate level Excel based administered test.
Ability to gather and document business requirements and client specifications.
Ability to develop, execute and document test plans as part of quality assurance/control processes and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to positively interact with clients, internal customers and peers.
Demonstrated willingness to take accountability for achieving service commitments and a demonstrated ability to achieve results.
Ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with coworkers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with corporate policies, goals and objectives, accept constructive criticism, establish goals and objectives, and exhibit initiative and commitment.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Preferred
Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification helpful.
