Minimum 5 years related experience in manufacturing environment: quality, engineering, process engineering, etc.

Highly effective team leadership skills: ability to communicate across functions and cultures, set goals and collaborate on organizational attainment of stated goals

Demonstrated ability to provide effective solutions for resolving long-standing process and deficiencies.
