Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for app development projects.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA.

Work closely with Technical Product Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Conduct thorough analysis of user feedback and data to drive product improvement and feature prioritization.

Provide ongoing support to the development team by clarifying requirements and providing guidance on user stories.

Required

5-7 years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst in operational app development projects, with expertise in utilizing JIRA for project management.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Data engineering team).

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project deadlines.

Experience in contract definitions for API’s.
