Responsibilities

Be the liaison between research and implementation, share knowledge, and promote practices that reduce friction in all areas of the company.

Design low- to high-fidelity mockups and build prototypes to assist in product development and user research.

Iterate quickly over product designs.

Work closely with your peers to define and maintain a consistent, commercial-grade experience and contribute to the style and aesthetic of reusable components and tools to be shared with your team.

Lead and conduct comprehensive reviews of interfaces throughout the platform, finding opportunities for design and ensuring consistency.

Required

Prototyping (low- to high-fidelity) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.)

Web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) and UX Testing methodologies

A bachelor's degree in Design, Art, HCI, or equivalent practical experience

A strong ability to create mockups and prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) and a body of design work demonstrating a strong design process in tandem with impeccable visual design skills

Experience with UI design software, such as Adobe Create Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
