Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, market trends, sales performance, and customer data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead and manage projects aimed at improving commercial processes, customer engagement, and order management operations.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
Act as a liaison between business units, sales teams, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
Provide support and guidance to junior analysts and team members.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in commercial operations and order management.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Assess and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes, customer engagement, and order management.
Work with IT teams to implement and integrate new systems, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and processes.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial operations and customer engagement.
Act as a mentor to junior analysts, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in business analysis, project management, and process improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on commercial processes, customer engagement, and order management.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of commercial operations, sales strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
Preferred
MBA or relevant master’s degree.
