Responsibilities
Create detailed project plans identifying and sequencing activities for successful project implementation.
Develop schedules for project completion and allocate resources effectively.
Lead cross-functional teams, communicate with internal team members and customers professionally.
Host discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture current state and recommend process improvements.
Manage multiple projects across departments ensuring team members have necessary information and resources.
Review work quality regularly, manage deliverables according to project timelines, and present project status to stakeholders.
Lead teams in high priority risk situations, act as escalation point for critical risks, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information only as per HIPAA standards.
Comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
3-5 years of Project Management experience required
Experience in Revenue Cycle preferred
Proficiency with MS Office
Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
Eagerness to develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness as well as independently
Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.
Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
Travel to client locations will be required
Ability to work outside of regular business hours is required
Preferred
PMP certification is preferred
