Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and deploy plans for infrastructure related projects that affect the organization.
Maintain physical and logical diagrams of hardware environment.
Install and maintain patches on the Infrastructure Hardware.
Monitor the systems and respond to alerts.
Troubleshoot and resolve network system issues.
Engage with other teams (Networking, SAN, DBAs, Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery, Applications, Remote Support staff, client, etc.) when there are issues.
Contact and engage hardware vendors if needed.
Make recommendations for hardware upgrades and research new hardware solutions.
Coordinate and implement hardware / software maintenance with our customers and application teams.
Support and participate in disaster recovery drills, backups, and recovery.

Required
3 or more years of Cisco system administration experience in a production environment
Knowledge of the Routers, Switches, F5 Load Balancers and Firewall hardware
A willingness to assist multi-faceted teams during troubleshooting issues
Willing to accept on-call responsibilities for network support
Bachelor Degree required
Preferred
Knowledge of ILOMs and HBAs is a plus
