Responsibilities

Submittal, negotiation, certification and adjudication of proposals

Develop proposal assumptions, conditions and revisions to contract language

Prepare documents that detail disclosures and negotiations

Maintain compliance with company procedures, policies, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards and other regulatory requirements

Effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure contract and subcontract actions are complete

Resolve contract issues and monitor contract incentives and milestones

Respond to requests for guidance and assistance from various functional departments and perform special projects to support EB business goals

Some business travel may be required

Required

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of contract or subcontract administration experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Obtaining/maintaining a Top Secret level security clearance, a single source background investigation “SSBI,” as well as passing a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph

Preferred

2+ years of experience administering and negotiating a variety of contracts and subcontract types including Cost Reimbursement with incentives, and Firm Fixed Price

Knowledge of and experience with FAR, DFARS and other applicable U.S. laws and regulations

Active Secret/TS/SSBI Security Clearance

Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Strong financial analysis & organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

Effective at meeting responsibilities in a highly interactive team environment, ability to multi-task and produce high-quality work on multiple priorities with attention to detail

Ability to recognize, interpret and apply applicable regulations to resolve complex issues
