Responsibilities
Oversee strategic marketing managers in the multifamily division
Implement larger strategies for multifamily portfolio management in partnership with the Director and Senior Director of Marketing
Stay updated on market and competitor conditions affecting portfolio occupancy and sales results
Bring innovative ideas and incorporate non-industry trends to drive department and company forward
Research and recommend new opportunities and marketing channels in the local market
Create, develop, and retain a high-performance strategic marketing team with clear objectives and strategies to achieve brand, sales, and profit goals
Attend and participate in presentations to prospective owners/clients, prepare proposed marketing and advertising plans, and discuss short- and long-range marketing plans with clients and owners
Meet attendance and punctuality expectations and comply with RangeWater's policies and performance standards
Follow established policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and report violations or infractions
Practice proper safety techniques, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements for property efficiency and productivity
Keep updated on changes in technology, leasing and sales tools, processes, and standards within the industry
Apply knowledge to area of responsibility, including attending internal and external training programs
Supervise multifamily strategic marketing managers

Required
At least five years’ experience in a strategic management role
Experience in property management/ real estate field is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Office365, Canva, Facebook Business Manager is a plus
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary for financial records and budgets
Understanding of property operations and lease terms
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
Familiarity with using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related tasks
Current valid driver’s license is required
