Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness in conjunction with the firm’s strategic initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals (industry lines and service lines)

Drive the organization’s brand strategy, including assistance with possibly redefining and reimagining the organizations current brand strategy to ensure that it is properly aligned with the firm’s strategic plan

Oversee marketing team responsible for various segments or projects (e.g., new business proposals, presentations, content, search engine optimization, advertising, email, branding, PR, social media, events, sponsorships, tradeshows, etc.)

Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges

Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team

Define and deploy business and technical strategies, processes, and frameworks that deliver valuable experiences

Keep on top of design and AI trends including best practices; constantly leading the team to innovate
