Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the Business and Digital Technology on system issues and resolution. Provide end user reporting systems support by answering questions, troubleshooting solutions, and providing training as needed, which includes the creation/maintaining of all training documents/reference guides.

Prioritize, track, and test all system issues from inception to completion in multiple reporting tools.

Responsible for project requirements gathering, system design, project coordination, and facilitating user acceptance testing; this includes functioning as a business process owner, super user, subject matter expert, tester, and/or trainer during system enhancement projects.

Approve and provision all reporting systems access, including auditing and cleanup. Monitor reporting environment through data governance.

Provide communication to brands on system issues, changes and upgrades.

Assist brands in process design and solutions to support goals.

Monitor support ticket trends, provide ticket analytics to brands, resolve root cause and support brands in ticket escalation.

Serve as the go-to person for support; this includes providing support that deters ticket creation, where possible.

Liaise business requirements from different sources, producing integrated views.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Advanced reporting systems knowledge preferred, including experience with SAP, Business Objects and Tableau

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to analyze large quantities of data

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
