Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple small—to medium-scale projects from initial scoping through implementation and rollout, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams internally and externally, including Markets, Policy, Quality, Training, and Workforce Management (WFM), to enable outsourcing operations that enhance our community experience and support.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations and proactively drive communication and resolution strategies with internal and external stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
Requirement Translation: Translate complex business requirements into detailed implementation plans that align with our mission of protecting and supporting our Community.
Process Improvement: Play an active role in contributing to the continuous improvement of policies, products, processes, and support system solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing overall efficiency.

Required
Project Management experience leading small to medium-scale projects from scoping through implementation and rollout
